General Shipping Information
Pierre Marcolini’s only store in the United States is currently in Hawaii; therefore all orders are shipped out from Hawaii via Federal Express. We offer Second Day shipping. Your packages are shipped from Monday through Wednesday and the delivery days are Wednesday through Friday. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays via Federal Express.
All orders will be shipped within 3 days excluding Holidays and Weekends. Orders received after 1 pm (Hawaii Standard Time) will be processed the following day. If you would like to specify the delivery date, please leave order notes on Order Information page. If you are in a hurry, please contact us at 808.951.0456 or email at email@example.com.
(Deliveries during the holidays are based on FedEx holiday hours. During the holiday season, there may be delays due to shipping carrier congestion.)

Gift Wrap / Message Card: We offer a free ribbon on any box and we pack all orders with gel ice packs.

Message Card: Any message up to 10 words.
Paper Bag / Brochure: If you need paper bags and brochures with your order, let us know how many.
Customized Orders (Customized box, Party Favors):
Please contact us at 808-951-0456 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. To place the customized order, the only way we can receive payment is via credit card and process it in our store over the phone.
Tracking your orders:
Once your order has shipped from our facility, you will receive an email notification with your FedEx tracking number. If you experience difficulties while placing an order on our online store, please contact us by email at email@example.com.
Your Questions and Concerns:
We appreciate your patronage. If there are any problems with our products when delivered, due to shipping, we will process your request for a refund only for our products within 3 days after you receive them. For requests to return or exchange products, a replacement product or a refund, please provide us with a photograph and detailed description of your inquiry by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
